Almost everyone knows what a fiduciary is or does, but, it is mostly known under more common terms, such as: Trustee, Executor, Personal Representative, Conservator, Guardian.

A fiduciary is someone who accepts responsibility for taking care of the personal or financial needs of another person. Fiduciary services may be necessary for a minor, or someone ill or incapacitated or on behalf of a deceased person's estate.

Licensed professional fiduciaries like myself are commonly named in estate planning documents such as wills and trusts, frequently are appointed by the probate court to perform any of the above-mentioned fiduciary functions, but may also be engaged to provide services under a private agreement,

I am available to help you with the following services:

Trustee for newly created trusts. Successor Trustee when an original trustee dies, resigns, or becomes unable to handle the duties of trust administration. I manage trusts guided by grantor's instructions, the language in the trust document, and the applicable laws and statutes.

Executor of Estate / Personal Representative: Administration of the estate of someone who has passed away, handling all estate matters and assisting next of kin as needed. If the deceased had a Will, I will make sure final wishes are respected and carried out exactly as dictated by the will. If there is no will, the estate will be distributed to legal heirs as defined by Arizona law.

As court appointed Conservator I frequently assist individuals who are unable to manage their financial affairs. This includes protecting and managing property, receiving income, paying bills, taking care of tax issues and other financial matters, and coordinating with other care providers or Guardians where needed.

Act as Power of Attorney on someone's behalf in legal, or matters when the person granting the Power of Attorney is temporarily or permanently unable to make their own decisions.

Why select Kurt Tittelbach as your fiduciary?

I guarantee uncompromising dedication to my clients. I value and respect every client, and strive to create harmonious relationships with clients and with all involved parties. Since every person has special circumstances and unique needs, a one-size-fits-all approach does not work when I am intimately involved in a person's life. My services are personalized to meet the needs and expectations of each individual client. When working with elderly, disabled, or otherwise vulnerable clients my goal is to maintain their dignity and preserve their independence as much as possible. In trust and estate matters, client assets are managed with prudent, conservative principles to keep expenses to the estate or trust low. In other words, I am protecting clients and managing their assets as carefully as they would do themselves.

My clients enjoy the same quality of personalized service my own parents, wife, or children would receive. Clients are assured courtesy, respect, prompt responses to inquiries and concerns, protection of privacy, and frequent communications, keeping clients, family and other interested parties up-to-date and always fully informed.

What is your benefit when using a licensed fiduciary?

Arizona fiduciaries must be certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to be eligible for court appointment. When you engage a licensed fiduciary you know the fiduciary has met certain educational requirements, has professional experience, passed a licensing test, was fingerprinted, and had a thorough criminal and financial background check. In addition, licensed fiduciaries are bonded and they.must participate in continuing education programs to stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations.to maintain their license.

Licensed Fiduciaries are held to a high standard under the law and must meet stringent reporting requirements under court appointment. They are accountable for all actions and decisions and expenses made on a client's behalf. I have met all certification and licensing requirements of the Arizona Supreme Court. As licensed fiduciary I've acted in various fiduciary capacities after appointment by the Arizona Probate Court.
