Efficient Estate Administration by Licensed Fiduciary
Scottsdale & Phoenix Executor, Sun City, Peoria, Glendale Personal Representative

Who will handle your estate after your passing, making sure your wishes are carried out?

When we die, someone must take care of our estate, which are the things we leave behind, such as a house, car, bank account, personal items, etc..

Handling a deceased person's estate can be simple if there aren't many belongings. On the other hand, when there are substantial assets or unhappy heirs estate administration can be very complicated. Complicated estates demand considerable time and many times the service of other professionals, such as attorneys, accountants, appraisers.

If there is a Will, it names an Executor (also known as Administrator or Personal Representative). A Will should also name a successor, in case the first choice is not available.

When someone dies without a Will or Trust, or when the executor named in a Will is not available, the court will appoint someone to handle the estate administration. The court prefers to use a family member, but when there is no family or family members are unwilling or unable to take on the responsibility, the court will nominate a professional fiduciary to manage the deceased person's affairs.

Who will be taking care of your estate? Do you have someone who is not only trustworthy, but also has the time and the experience to manage your estate? Mistakes made by a well-meaning but unskilled estate administrator can be costly, resulting in possible legal challenges and your life savings being wasted on legal fees.

If you are looking for an executor for your own estate or for someone else, please call me to discuss your situation and find out how I could be of service.
